Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Communications. When she moved into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in stage, choreographing and acting in over two dozen shows. This included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. While continuing to study improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television as well as in films. Her voice is distinctive and her diminutive size allows her to be able to play many characters. Her most well-known character is Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the part of a paralegal and social animal in TV the show Land's The Exes as a series regular between 2011 and 2015. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW series No Tomorrow. She sang soprano in various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Most recently she can be in the role of the slow but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She is married with two kids, and has a peaceful home. She enjoys writing as well as sew, and she also volunteers in school.
